Fall is a time for letting go of the old, to create space for new & even better things.
What will you let fall away?

Deep breath in 1 – 2 – 3 – 4.
And release for 1 – 2 – 3 – 4. Let it go.
Try to be still and breathe for 5 minutes and work your way up.
Repeat as needed!
