I am nearing the end of my journey on The 21 Day Sugar Detox and just had to share a short post with you all. I feel SO good, I can barely stand it. What’s more is I have been astonished by some of the things I have experienced.
A few highlights:
- The ‘fog’ has lifted
- I have much more energy
- My joint pain is almost completely non-existent
- I am sleeping soundly (Who doesn’t need that? Especially if you kids!)
- I am not craving carbs and sugar
- I am still eating wonderful, real food and do not feel hungry
In fact, one of my astonishing experiences was my first bite of a baby carrot after the first week. It tasted like candy!
While it makes sense that eliminating all forms of sugar (even unrefined) would retrain my taste buds, it still struck me with awe when I took that first bite.
There are myriad reasons to reset your body with this 21 day sugar detox. But before I dive in, it is important to know that I am actually quite a stickler when it comes to nutrition and detox programs. Most of them do not align with my nutrition philosophy, and let’s be honest – many are gimmicky. YUCK! When someone is looking to detox their bodies and they are ready to make real lasting changes, they do not deserve or need a gimmick! No one does!

Depending on the package you choose, you can have lifetime access to the 21 Day Sugar Detox program updates. I went with the Premium Package which included everything, and I was astounded at all I have access to and received. This package even included bonus e-book guides full of recipes and workouts. One of the guides included recipes from another favorite of mine – Danielle Walker from Against All Grain.
